Our goal is to capture the authenticity of Japanese ramen with the use of local produce and ingredients. The soup broth is made fresh everyday with 12 hours of reduction to make our Pork Tonkotsu soup and 6 hours of reduction to make our Chicken Chintan soup. Both soup bases using locally grown and purchased pork and chicken.

All of our noodles are made in house everyday. Fresh noodles ensure that each batch is able to fully compliment and absorb the flavours within each of our broths.

We strive to make the richest soup and freshest noodles, while offering a variety of delicious tapas to share with a group or satisfy a single appetite.
